The blade is hand forged from a blend of high quality 1095/15N20 steels which have been treated and tempered to a HRC around 58-60. The Damascus wave-pattern created through this process is a sight to behold for sure, but what sets this apart from any other sword is the striking blue hilt. The rectangular design is based off of findings dated as far back as 850AD. Pure brass accents make the blue color pop even more. You won’t want to miss adding this masterpiece to your collection! To top it all off, included with this beautiful sword is an even more exquisite genuine leather back sheath that has been stained a deep royal blue.
