Ninja/Martial Arts
Ninjas, known as shinobi, functioned in areas like espionage, infiltration, assassination etc. Whereas, martial arts is a sport that is used in form of self-defense or attacks, most likely judo, kendo or karate. But what do both of them have in common? Both Ninja and Japanese Martial arts require one to have certain weapons. These include shuriken, axes, throwing knives for the ninjas, and practice swords, nunchakus, and Sais for the martial arts. Both are used interchangeably as well because both ninja and martial arts have a Japanese origin. Learning these Japanese sword techniques requires great skill. Additionally, the ninja/martial arts weapons make a great cosplaying and LARPing tool!
