Heathcliff himself mentioned that the Dual Blades skill is obtained by the players with sharpest reflexes. The skill is intended to be on the 100th floor in the final battle. Even though a total of 10 such unique skills were mentioned by Heathcliff, the other 8 are not yet revealed. The Dual Blade skill not only allows the user to simultaneously fight using two swords but also allow access to certain special techniques. According to Kirito, almost 20 techniques are associated with this skill and he has discovered four out of them. Dual Blade gives the player three bonuses involving speed, defense, and cooldown.
