Shipping & Payment
All products are shipped within 7 business days from the time an order is placed on our web site. The majority of orders ship within 3-5 business days. You will have the option of choosing Standard Shipping, UPS, USPS, or FedEx as your shipment carrier. Orders that have chosen UPS 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, 2 Day Air AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air Early AM, USPS Express Mail, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Priority Overnight, or FedEx First Overnight as their shipping method, will ship within 1-3 business days from the time we receive the order and once we receive the credit card auntorization form back from you. When a single order contains multiple items, the item with the longest estimated ship time will impact time of shipment. Multiple items in a single order may ship in separate boxes.
Note that shipping time estimates do not include transit times. Your order transit time is determined by the shipping method you specify during checkout (UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, UPS 3 Day, USPS Express, FedEx Overnight, etc) and by the distance between your address and our order fulfillment centers. For international orders, your item/items may be delayed because of customs and transit.

There are some situations where we will ship your order, in full or in part, from a secondary fulfillment center, and this may include Special Order Brand items, such as: Boker, Cold Steel, CAS Hanwei, Columbia River, Gerber, Kershaw, Schrade, Smith & Wesson, SOG, and United Cutlery. Your entire order will most often ship from our main center; however, should a portion of your order be shipped separately, you will be notified with multiple tracking numbers and information. Special Order items may take an additional 1-10 business days to ship. In some cases, we may indicate that an item is a special order item with a designation similar to the following: Status: Ships in 5-10 Days. SwordsSwords.com provides utmost care to packaging and shipping orders using the most effective method possible.
We do ship to PO BOX but only with USPS-supported carriers.
SmartPost service utilizes both FedEx and USPS to make a delivery.
We do ship international, restrictions apply.
Customer Address InformationSwordsSwords ships to the address provided by the customer during checkout! All customers placing an order with SwordsSwords are required to enter their official shipping and billing address, in the correct and legal format, in it's entirety. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their order is placed with the correct address specified clearly, beyond reasonable doubt.
Shipping carriers (such as UPS and FedEx) will charge an address correction fee if a shipment is sent and the address is corrected during processing, transit, shipping, and delivery. SwordsSwords is not liable or responsible for any customer entering address information that receives an address correction. Incomplete address information, or incorrect address information will result in delay/cancellation of order processing, and an address correction fee. SwordsSwords will contact the customer (by phone or email) when an address correction fee is applied to a shipment. The cost of the address correction fee is charged to the customer before or after notification, and the customer is allowed 1-5 business days to respond. All address correction fee's are determined by the shipping carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, etc), not by SwordsSwords. On average, an address correction fee charge is approximately $12.00 (Twelve Dollars), however, the shipping service may incur a different fee for an address correction.
USPS (United States Postal Service) shipments that are not deliverable to the address provided by the customer are considered “Undeliverable”, and returned to the sender. If a customer enters incorrect or incomplete address information and the order ships via USPS, the shipment is considered Undeliverable and will be returned to SwordsSwords fulfillment center. Undeliverable shipments can be delayed approximately 5-10 business days, but some delays can take 1-6 weeks. After SwordsSwords receives back an Undeliverable shipment, we will contact the customer and re-ship the order as soon as reasonably possible. Customers are responsible for re-shipment costs, and SwordsSwords will contact customers via phone or email.
In other words, SwordsSwords cannot prevent a customer from submitting the wrong address information during checkout. This policy is enforced on everyone who buys from www.SwordsSwords.com.

Shipping CarriersSwordsSwords offers multiple shipping carrier options during checkout to fulfill your order. These carriers include Standard Shipping, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. In most cases, SwordsSwords will fulfill your order with the shipping carrier you have selected, but reserves authorization to upgrade or modify the shipping carrier or method to better accommodate the circumstances. Standard Shipping is a shipping option that accurately calculates the best shipping carrier and method to suit the needs of non-expedited shipping services. By selecting this option, SwordsSwords will send your package in the best way available, including but not limited to UPS, USPS, or FedEx. If you elect to use a Freight Forwarding company, SwordsSwords.com is not liable for the package after it is received by the Freight Forwarding Company.
Free ShippingSwordsSwords reserves the right to fulfill Standard Shipping and Free Shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or the carrier of our choice. Free Shipping applies to Retail and Drop Ship Customers Only, unless otherwise specified. Free Shipping or Ships Free is officially only applicable with the Standard Shipping method, however, you may still place your order with a selected shipping method of your choice.
NOTICE: Free shipping only available in the CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES. No Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or Canada. No international orders will receive Free Shipping. Regular retail/dropship customer only.
Flat Rate ShippingSwordsSwords offers USPS Flat Rate Economy shipping where applicable. Flat Rate is an inexpensive way to ship your package. The Flat Rate shipping option will calculate your shipping charge according to the weight and dimensions of the package, and which box the item(s) can fit into. When ordering more than one quantity of an item, the dimensional weight of a single item is multiplied by the quantity of the item ordered.
Wholesale Shipping Time
our shipping is determined by the net weight and the destination of the order.
Each order is different depending on the items that are chosen. We cannot
calculate exact shipping cost on all transactions until the order is processed and weighed. Inital shipping charges could result in higher or lower shipping costs based on the post packaged weighing. During
busy times of the year please plan ahead. All orders are pulled on a first come
first serve basis.
To ensure fast processing of your order(s), please have your order shipped to the same address that is on file with your credit card company. In some cases, orders shipping to addresses which are different from the credit card billing address may be held until the credit card holder is contacted by our customer service representative to confirm the order(s). For international customers we DO NOT accept Checks or Money Orders from outside the USA, however, pay pal is an option for international customers. Order Delivery Confirmation
In order to minimize losses and protect the interests of SwordsSwords as well as our customers in the event a package is delivered to an incorrect address, SwordsSwords requires signature confirmation of delivery on all domestic US orders (including Hawaii and Alaska). Customers who wish to decline the signature option for any reason must sign the Delivery Signature Waiver (available here) for any order made (waivers cannot be kept on file). As circumstances change, SwordsSwords reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time
International & Customs
The customer is responsible for any and all customs fees or other related costs. The customer assumes the responsibility for knowing what can be legally imported into his/her country. SwordsSwords.com, is not responsible for any items seized by customs/state/county/town. Shipment for International purchases via UPS, FedEx, or other shipping companies are required to have insurance on items shipped. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you elect to use a Freight Forwarding company, SwordsSwords.com is not liable for the package after it is received by the Freight Forwarding Company.

Money Order & Cashier ChecksFor US Customers, we only accept Money Order or Cashier Checks (No Personal Checks). Please make payments to Wholesale Gallery Inc. Anyone paying with Money Order or Cashier Checks will have to include shipping cost. Here are the steps for calculating shipping cost online:
Any Money Order or Cashier Checks that does not have the accurate shipping cost along with the price of the items, description, quantity, name, shipping address, and phone number will be rejected and destroyed. For international customers we DO NOT accept Checks, Cashier Checks, Money Orders or any other forms of payment from outside the USA. All Money Orders and other forms of payment are subject to analysis by fraud-prevention services. We highly recommend that you put a tracer/tracker on your Money Order/Cashier Checks before sending so you will know when it is delivered to us. The customer is responsible for any and all custom fees or other related costs. The customer assumes the responsibility for knowing what can be legally imported into his/her country/state/county/city. Credit Card Charge Authorization FormSwordsSwords may require some customers to fill out a Credit Card Charge Authorization Form to validate & expedite services. This form is intended to protect our customers and expedite the transaction as quickly as possible. This may include orders that ship via Expedited service (like 2 Day Air, 2 Day Air AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air Early AM, Express Mail, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx First Overnight, etc), and International orders. Please allow 1-15 business days for refund claims to be processed and issued. Approval for a refund is at the discretion of SwordsSwords. Some approvals may take an additional 1-5 business days before processing begins. Refunds during the holiday season may take longer to complete. After the refund has been issued, it is considered submitted and may take a few days to show up in the account. The customer will receive an email notification status of REFUND after the refund is submitted to the Financial Institution, meaning it has left our systems for completion. Financial institutions and transit delays may apply but are not the responsibility of SwordsSwords.
International customers are responsible for any and all custom fees or other related costs. The customer assumes the responsibility for knowing what can be legally imported into his/her country. SwordsSwords.com is not responsible for any items seized by customs/state/county/town and does not reimburse the customer for goods that have been seized. Shipments for International purchases via UPS are required to have insurance on items shipped. All shipping costs are non-refundable, all insurance costs are determined based on the shipping carrier and service selected.
When shipping internationally with USPS, international Tracking and Delivery Confirmation is not available on all types of parcels. Tracking is not possible for Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes, Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Boxes, and First Class parcels.
Tracking is not available on international parcels because once the package leaves the US Postal Service and enters the Postal Service outside of the United States, it becomes the "property" of that country's postal system. Mail is only delivered internationally thru an agreement set up between governments. Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes and Small Flat Rate Boxes do not include indemnity coverage, are not insurable, and do not come with free tracking, and not all countries can (or will) provide tracking on packages regardless of the packages sent destination, service, content, or other details.
When a parcel is seized by Customs/state/county/town, SwordsSwords.com may or may not be notified by the Customs department. If you believe the customs/state/county/town entity of your country has seized a package, that customs entity will not contact SwordsSwords. It is recommended that all International customers understand their countries custom's rules and exceptions before placing an order online.
Once an order is shipped, and leaves our Shipping Facility, the customer assumes all responsibility and liability for their order.
Customers who refuse to accept shipments of their orders from SwordsSwords.com are still bound to all policies agreed upon when placing their order and shall be liable for all return shipping charges accrued plus a 25% restocking fee as well Customs fees, duties and taxes. Shipping costs for unsatisfied products without a valid Return Authorization (RA) #will not be reimbursed.
