How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. USC Sections regarding shipping of automatic opening knives
18 USC 1716 (g) (2) (1-4)
Summary: Automatic opening knives (switchblades) can be shipped (1) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government (2) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National Guard, or militia of a State ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of such organizations; (3) to supply or procurement officers or employees of any State, or any political subdivision of a State or Territory, ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of such government; and (4) to manufactures of such knives or bonafide buyer/dealers there in connection with any shipment made pursuant to an order from any person designated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3).
15 USC 1244 (2-4)
Summary: Automatic opening knives (switchblades) can be shipped (1) any common carrier or contract carrier, with respect to any switchblade knives shipped, transported, or delivered for shipment in interstate commerce in the ordinary course of business; (2) the manufacture, sale, transportation, distribution, possession, or introduction into interstate commerce, or switchblade knives pursuant to contract with the Armed Forces; (3) the Armed Forces or any member or employee thereof acting in the performance of his duty; or (4) the possession and transportation upon his person, or any switchblade kn7è with a blade three inches or less in length by any individual who has only one arm. You, as a purchaser, upon purchase are agreeing that you are a “bonafide” buyer/dealer as described in 18 USC Section 1716 (g) (2) (1-4) and as such, do hereby represent and state that sales of automatic opening knives will only be made to those individuals and entities described in ix USC Section 1716 (g) (2) (1-4) and 15 USC Section 1244 (2-4). These code Sections describe the permissible sales as primarily to police officers and/or military personnel to be used in connection with their government activities.

SwordsSwords is in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. SwordsSwords website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. *Please also note that we require a customer be 18 years of age or older.
