SwordsSwords is seeking a skilled Web Designer/Developer looking for growth and development.
You will be responsible for updating, maintaining, and growth of our company’s E-Commerce website(s). You will have the opportunity to gain valuable, extensive knowledge in flash banners, newsletter development/scheduling, web videos, and landing pages. This position requires a web designer with creative attributes and a strong graphic design history. We require both a digital portfolio to be submitted before any interviews that will be scheduled and a physical portfolio to be submitted in the interview.
You will also be in control of our marketing strategy across multiple social media platforms and reaching out to over 100,000 customers daily. This responsibility will require you to know HTML, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. Applicants must possess work-related web design and development skills or previous relevant experience as well as experience optimizing graphics for company websites. Requirements:
- Digital & Physical Portfolio
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Excel (Required), Word (Required), PowerPoint (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite: Photoshop (Required), After Effects (Preferred), Dreamweaver (Preferred), Illustrator (Preferred), Premiere Pro (Preferred), InDesign (Preferred)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Familiarity with Social Media APIs (Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, Tumblr, Twitter and more)
- Quick Learner
Job Duties Include:
- Update and Maintain Websites on multiple E-Commerce platforms.
- Maintain Consistency of Newsletters (Constant Contact)
- Optimize Graphics for Company Website & Social Media Platforms
- Develop Online Banner Ads/Artwork, Schematic Marketing Strategy, Video For New & Exciting Products.
- Constant Interaction With Social Media APIs (Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, Tumblr, Twitter and more)
