The griffin is a legendary creature with the body, tail, and back legs of a lion; the head and wings of an eagle; and an eagle's talons as its front feet. A griffin is the symbol of divine power. The blade of this sword is constructed of stainless steel with a semi-sharp edge and a fuller running down the center. Just below the double griffin claw guard the blade is cut into a wavy shape before tapering down to the tip. The large handle is wrapped and hand sewn with faux leather and is two handed.
