A Fauchard is a polearm designed primarily for long reach and used commonly by European medieval foot soldiers between the 11th-17th centuries. This stunning replica is carefully forged by hand using high carbon steel that has been tempered and treated to perfection. Featuring a curved 17-inch blade that tapers to a sharp point and a forward-facing hook along the spine. Wing-like spikes protrude from the shaft, and 2 holes are drilled into the mounting socket for easy and secure assembly. Attach this functional piece to the pole of your choice to create your very own custom Fauchard and be the star of your next medieval reenactment!

*Please note: A mounting shaft is NOT INCLUDED, but can be purchased at most any local hardware store.
