The Knights Templar was a powerful Christian military order during the time of the Crusades. Templar knights, in their distinctive white mantles with a red cross, were among the most skilled fighting units of the Crusades. Mail (chainmail, maille) is a type of armor consisting of small metal rings linked together in a pattern to form a mesh. A haubergeon is a chainmail that is smaller or shorter than a hauberk usually referred to a little Hauberk. This particular haubergeon is made with the bottom having a triangular shaped fringe. This maile can be used for competitions, training, LARP, Renaissance fairs, and costumes.
