While it ships factory sharp, the 9.5 inch blade can be honed to an even finer edge thanks to its black anodized stainless steel construction and hollow grind that will also hold that edge longer. The blade also offers a silver lining that makes for an attractive look. The handle consists of cord wrapping over layers of Ray Skin, providing a solid grip that feels very good in the hand.
