A hole has been drilled through the blade to ease tension that may occur during use. The blade runs full tang and is made to be used. The tang is sandwiched between 2 Sheesham wood mounts that have been scorched to bring out the beautiful layering, and are held on to the tang by three powerful bolts. The tang sticks out at the end of the handle and has a lanyard hole for you to attach a cord or rope. Included is a hand tooled genuine leather sheath that features a blackened edge and belt loop for easy carry.
