An additional leather strap can be used to attach the elbow cups to a Chain Mail shirt for additional stability. Also known as a cowter, the curved piece of metal is molded with fluted curves to assist in deflecting blows. Four holes are included to allow for the possibility of an additional leather strap or string to be used to attach the elbow cups to a Chain Mail shirt for additional stability. Comes in a high polish finish.
