The handles are constructed from wood with a faux ray skin wrap, double menuki, and a rexin itos. The guards are shaped in traditional Japanese design. They are made from zinc with an antiques brush finish. The scabbards are made from wood with cutouts on both tips. The back sheath has to be the best part of this set. It comes adjustable and made from rexin. It holds both scabbards simultaneously so you can kick butt and take names.
