This is a specialized version of a regular utility axe that is built for battle. The axe head is hand-forged from excellent quality carbon steel with an antiqued finish and polished edge. The tips of the blade are slightly pointed and the blade itself is sharp, but can easily be sharpened further to suit your needs. The rounded shape of the head is good for a variety of moves, including using it to hook an opponent’s leg and throw them off balance. The spine of the axe head has a dangerous pick that can be quite deadly. The handle is made from hardwood that has an ovular shape for a better grip and has been stained a rich brown.
