Hunt For Life Marshals Law Damascus Slipjoint Pocket Knife. US Marshals laid down the law and helped coral the Wild West. Besides a gun, these good ole boys often carried a pocket knife. Always having a knife in your pocket is a staple here in the south. Rarely will you find a southern man without one. The Slipjoint Marshals Law Damascus Pocket Knife is a reminder of that staple with some modern day and old world twists in the design. A slipjoint is one of the simplest styles you will find in a pocket knife. The blade is locked into place by nothing more than friction. The blade features the Hunt For Life brand with a random pattern Damascus design. Constructed from Damascus steel and has been tempered at around 54 to 55 with 176 blade layers. A fingernail notch is featured for easy opening. The handle is constructed out of hand carved wood and held together with brass pins. The spine features some fancy filework that continues onto the blade. The steel bolsters come with a smooth satin finish. Included is a handmade tooled leather sheath for transporting with ease.
